From an advertisement / poster for Latin musician and bassist "Cachao". Obviously the grammar marking point to Spanish, but the color of the tet also has a warm, Latin feel to it. The shape of the letter "C" (in both instances) lends a Latin feel to the selection. It would be easy to imagine multiple iterations of the name, repeated underneath in bright red, yellow, and blue...giving the text a festival feel. For some reason, I immediately think of Toucans when seeing this example.
